1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Highbrow Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities of both parties and ensure a smooth travel experience for all our clients.

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Highbrow Travels.

A deposit or full payment is required to secure a slot. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Full payment must be completed before the travel date unless otherwise stated.

3. NO REFUND POLICY FOR GROUP TOURS

Payments made for group tours are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

This policy is in place due to the nature of group travel, where costs are pre-arranged and paid in advance to secure transportation, accommodation, and other logistics.

If a client is unable to travel after making a payment, they may transfer their booking to another person (subject to approval by Highbrow Travels), but no refunds will be issued.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If Highbrow Travels cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may receive a credit towards a future trip.

Clients who miss their tour due to personal reasons, visa denials, or other circumstances beyond our control will not be eligible for a refund.

5. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents, including visas and passports.

Highbrow Travels is not liable for any losses resulting from visa denials, flight cancellations, or delays.

6. BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

Highbrow Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour if they exhibit inappropriate or fraudulent behavior that disrupts the experience for others.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Highbrow Travels shall not be held liable for any losses, injuries, or unforeseen events that may occur during the trip.

Travelers are encouraged to secure travel insurance for their trips.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking a tour with Highbrow Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
