Payment & Refund Policy

Group Tour Payments Are Non-Refundable: All payments made for group tours are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the nature of group travel, all bookings, accommodations, and logistics are secured in advance, making refunds impossible. If a client is unable to travel, they may transfer their booking to another individual (subject to approval by Highbrow Travels), but no refunds will be issued.

No Refunds After Flight Tickets Have Been Booked: Once flight tickets have been booked for a client, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal cancellations or visa denials. Highbrow Travels is not responsible for changes in a traveler’s circumstances after a flight has been booked. Clients are advised to review their availability and travel documents before making flight payments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: If Highbrow Travels cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may receive a credit towards a future trip but no cash refunds. Clients who fail to attend their tour due to personal reasons, visa denials, or other circumstances outside our control will not receive a refund or travel credit.

Responsibility & Liability

Travel Documents & Compliance: Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including visas, passports, and any necessary permits. Highbrow Travels is not responsible for visa rejections, delayed applications, or issues with immigration authorities.

Behavior & Conduct: We maintain a high standard of professionalism and expect the same from our clients. Any traveler displaying fraudulent behavior, causing disruptions, or engaging in inappropriate conduct may be removed from the tour without a refund.

Limitation of Liability:Highbrow Travels is not liable for losses, delays, injuries, or unforeseen events that may occur during a trip. Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance for coverage against unexpected circumstances.
